At Daxie Doodles, we take pride in creating high-quality, dachshund-inspired clothing that’s made to order just for you. Because every item is custom made, it takes us a little longer to replace items. Please review our policy below for full details:
Our Returns Policy
- Refunds: Each item is embroidered to order, so please check our size guide to ensure the items fit. If you're returning your product due to an incorrect size or you're just not quite satisfied, we will of course take it back and offer a refund.
- Exchanges: Unfortunately we can't do direct returns as we have to make a new product. If you would like to exchange the product, please return your item and we will get a new item out to you as soon as we can once we have the original item back. Pop us an email on info@daxiedoodles.com or alternatively drop us a line on the online chat via our website.
Returns Address
If a product needs to be returned due to a fault or other issue, please email us and we will give you our address - info@daxiedoodles.com. Be sure to reach out to us before sending anything back, as we cannot accept returns without prior communication.
Delivery Failures
If an order is returned to us due to delivery failure (e.g., an incorrect address or failure to collect the package), we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Please note that the shipping costs for redelivery will need to be paid again before we can resend the order.
Faulty Products
Whilst rare, faults can occasionally occur. If you receive a faulty product, here’s what to do:
- Contact us via email or live chat within 7 days of dispatch.
- Provide a clear photo of the item and a description of the fault.
- We’ll review your request and arrange a replacement or refund, depending on your preference.
Please Note:
- Faults reported more than 7 days after dispatch are eligible for a replacement only.
- Refunds are only issued once the faulty product is returned to us in line with our instructions.
